Naymar is a proud US Army Veteran that has made Maryland her home for over 10 years. Having grown up in Florida and joining the military shortly after graduating High School, Naymar has had the opportunity of living in different states, countries, and diverse communities. Her unique background makes her a great match, regardless of the client's situation. First-time home buyers, investors, short sales, military relocations and corporate relocations are all specialties. She has personal experience buying foreclosures and utilizing VA and FHA 203K loans. Naymar also has nearly 10 years of real estate investment experience. In Naymar's spare time, she is an avid reader, enjoys jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with her family. She has a Master's degree in Information Technology and enjoys traveling. Naymar currently resides in Howard County and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
